Mark Manson is a great resource for Attachment Styles, including which ones end up in relationships.

Here is my FAVORITE Attachment Style quiz. They break up your attachment styles between mother, father, closest friend, partner, and your general style, which is better than one type from most quizzes.

An updated Attachment Styles Quiz by Diane Poole Heller, to “better understand your personal attachment history and patterns––and how they affect your current outlook and relationships.” I love attachment style stuff, but take care, it can bring up a lot of unexpected stuff.

Co-Dependents Anonymous – There’s very good information here, but again, take good care of yourself while exploring. This DOES contain 12 Steps information as that is the structure of this organization, which can be triggering for some.

Alan Robarge – An excellent resource on attachment, relationships, trauma recovery, and a sprinkling of grief recovery.
